Sarah Mayo

Sarah is a master aesthetician. This means she has completed the highest degree of education in aesthetic skin care possible. She is committed to ongoing education and training to ensure that we are always up to date and provide the highest level of care possible. She can help you formulate a life time skin care plan that makes sense for you. Her facials, brow shaping, and laser treatments will help you regain or maintain natural healthy looking skin. She is caring, gentle, and she knows what looks great. Appointments with Sarah are an absolute treat.

CIRCULATOR NURSE

Kristina Lamham, MA

Kristina is a skilled and compassionate medical professional with over five years of experience. She currently works as a circulator nurse in surgery three days a week alongside Dr. Angela Keen, ensuring seamless procedures and exceptional patient care. She also provides post-operative support and recovery assistance, reflecting her dedication to comprehensive care. Previously, Kristina spent two years with Dr. Bryan Sonntag in plastic surgery and began her healthcare career in Labor and Delivery. Her empathy, professionalism, and drive to improve patient experiences make her a valued member of the team.

SCRUB TECH

Taylor Van Hoff

Taylor is our Certified Surgical Technologist (OR tech) that assists Dr. Keen in the operating room with surgery. She earned her degree from Davis Applied Technology College in 2016 and continued her education to earn her National Surgical Tech Certification. She manages the behind the scenes of the operating room, from ordering supplies to prepping for the cases each day. She works side by side with Dr. Keen during your surgery and is always ready with the next instrument or suture. Her meticulous attention to detail helps the operating room run smoothly and keeps Dr. Keen happy and able to do her best work. Taylor has worked with Dr. Keen since 2016 and is an invaluable member of our team.

Kelly Ivie

Kelly greets every patient with a warm smile and a sunny disposition, setting the tone for a positive experience from the moment you walk through our doors. With over 20 years in the med spa industry, both in administration and as a licensed Master Aesthetician, she brings a wealth of knowledge and genuine passion to our team.

Outside the office, Kelly enjoys skiing, hiking, and backpacking, embracing Utah’s beautiful landscapes during her free time. She is the proud mother of three children and has the sweetest little Aussie girl to keep her company on her adventures. Kelly is dedicated to providing exceptional service and is honored to work alongside Dr. Keen in delivering top-notch care to our patients.

Shalia Hartvigsen, MPAS, PA-C

studied Physiology and Developmental Biology at BYU with an emphasis in Reproductive Physiology, which shaped my interest in women’s health and the medical journey of motherhood. I also spent time as a Spanish medical interpreter, building strong communication skills that continue to serve my patients well. Before PA school, I worked in the University of Utah’s Main OR supporting multiple specialties including orthopedics, ENT, and plastic surgery. During my master’s program my focus shifted from fertility medicine to plastic surgery, and I trained with excellent surgeons in both cosmetic and reconstructive procedures of the face, body, and breast. Helping patients reclaim their sense of identity after experiences like cancer or childbirth became especially meaningful.

My entire career as a Physician Associate has been dedicated to aesthetics and plastic surgery. I take pride in creating natural, rejuvenated results with injectables and love guiding patients through the process with comfort and clear education. A big part of my approach is making sure patients feel confident asking questions and fully understanding their treatment plan.

Macie Powell

Macie is the newest member of our team. She brings light & positive energy to the office daily. She has her Associate's degree from Salt Lake Community College in Applied Technology. Macie came to our office with over 5 years of customer service experience and coordinates appointment scheduling and patient communications. Macie takes our before and after photos and manages our social media content giving a behind-the-scenes look at some of Dr. Keen’s procedures & results.

Emily Hinck

Emily plays a pivotal role in educating our patients about their surgical options and guiding them through the scheduling process. With over 20 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, Emily brings a deep understanding of patient care and practice operations, having served in a variety of roles throughout her career. Her warm, knowledgeable approach helps patients feel informed, supported, and confident in their journey. Outside of the office, Emily is the proud mother of three amazing boys—Nash, Trey, and Stone—who keep her life full of energy and joy.

Jill Neibaur

Jill is a Master Medical Aesthetician with over 20 years of experience, combining deep expertise with genuine warmth. She’s passionate about helping people look and feel their best by addressing their unique skincare needs. Jill specializes in body contouring treatments such as CoolSculpting and Emsculpt, and has served as a national clinical trainer for Allergan Medical Institute. She also offers a wide range of laser therapies and facial treatments to support healthy, radiant skin.

Sam Nolan

Sam has managed the administrative operations of Dr. Keen’s practice for over seven years, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions—from tech upgrades to equipment integration. He collaborates closely with Dr. Keen on future planning and supports practitioners in delivering quality care. A graduate of Elon University with a degree in International Business, Sam also assists with patient services, body contouring treatments, and vendor relations.

Heidi Welch, FNP

Heidi’s nursing career began in the Neonatal ICU, caring for the smallest and most fragile patients. She imagined she’d stay with newborns forever, but becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner opened an unexpected door. She found her passion in helping people age with strength, balance, and confidence.

With extensive experience in hormone health and wellness, Heidi has guided hundreds of patients through personalized hormone optimization, helping them elevate their lifestyles and reconnect with their best selves. She also supports patients using GLP-1 medications, focusing on building strong healthy bodies with real muscle and lasting confidence rather than chasing smaller sizes.
