Meet Shalia, Our New Primary Injector
There are seasons in every practice that feel especially meaningful. This is one of them.
As we continue to grow and evolve, my commitment remains the same: delivering exceptional, thoughtful aesthetic care grounded in safety, integrity, and artistry. With that in mind, I am proud to introduce you to someone who represents the future of our injection services, Shalia, our new Primary Injector.
Many of you know how seriously I take the details. Injectables are not just about product placement. They are about understanding anatomy at a deep level, respecting balance, and knowing when to enhance and when to hold back. Shalia embodies that philosophy.
She is a licensed Physician Assistant with a strong foundation in both aesthetics and plastic surgery. Over the past five years, she has assisted in surgical procedures alongside multiple board certified plastic surgeons. That experience has given her something invaluable, an exceptionally trained eye and a comprehensive understanding of facial anatomy. She doesn’t just see lines and volume. She sees structure, movement, proportion, and long term outcomes.
Trust is everything in this field. I would not place someone in this role without complete confidence in their skill, judgment, and character. Shalia has earned the full trust of me and our entire clinical team. I have watched her approach patients with care, precision, and genuine attentiveness. She listens. She educates. She plans thoughtfully.
What can you expect when you see her?
You can expect a thorough consultation. You can expect natural looking, refined results. You can expect a provider who values safety as much as artistry, and who understands that subtle changes, done well, create the most beautiful outcomes.
Most importantly, you can expect continuity in our standard of care. Our philosophy does not change. Our commitment to you does not change. What changes is that we are expanding our ability to serve you with the same excellence you have come to expect.
I am truly excited for you to meet Shalia. I believe you will feel the same confidence and trust in her that I do.
With gratitude,
Angela Keen, MD
