Facial Treatments

    Facial $125

This facial is customized to your skin type and includes an exfoliation under steam, extractions, 2 rejuvenating masks, and a heavenly massage.

This treatment is a physical exfoliation of dead skin and removal of vellus hair. It requires the use of a sterile, surgical scalpel to gently “shave” the skins surface removing the top-most layer of dead skin along with fine facial hair. This treatment leaves the skin softer, brighter, and allows for better absorption of product.

    Dermaplane Facial $125

Dermaplane Facial with chemical peel $225

    $125

SkinMedica’s Illuminize Peel is a non-invasive facial peel which maximizes skin rejuvenation with little to no irritation. It is often called the “wedding day peel” because the treatment provides a beautiful glow with minimal down time.

SkinMedica’s Vitalize Peel helps fight the effects of sun and environmental damage. This powerful yet non damaging peel can lessen the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and pigmentation.

    $200

SkinMedica’s Rejuvenize Peel is an advanced formulation of peeling agents and is the strongest of the 3 peels. It includes anti-irritant to help control exfoliation. The uppermost damaged layers of skin slough to reveal fresh, healthy skin.

Laser Procedures

The best overall option for aging skin

Lasers have been used as a substitute for chemical peels to strip the top layer of skin and reduce wrinkles. I have never seen the advantage in substituting an inexpensive option (peels) in replacement of this treatment. I have also never been comfortable with the side-effects seen in terms of trading wrinkles for white/waxy looking skin. Our matrix laser is a tried and true technique! The laser makes small holes in the skin, which stimulates the deep layers of the skin – similar to the technique of aerating your lawn. The results are natural and healthy looking and can be recommended to people of all ages or skin types who want to improve their complexion (both color and wrinkles) without the risks of unnatural looking results and excessive downtime. New skin is better looking and healthier than the old skin!

    Eyes $800

    Face $2,100

    Face and Neck $2,600

The gold standard for elimination of brown spots

We are pleased to offer IPL treatment in our office. This is a procedure that uses a broad light range to selectively eliminate uneven brown and red tones in sun-injured skin. It is best performed on skin which is not otherwise tanned or burned. Our Scition IPL laser has demonstrated skin rejuvenation in patients who use the treatment 3-4 times a year.  Discounted packages are available for this. Not only does skin immediately look better in terms of evening skin pigmentation, very visible improvements in skin health and overall texture are seen over the course of years of maintenance therapy.

    Single Treatment $350

    Complete Package (4) $1,000

Our Lamprobe Cautery device is used to treat a variety of common minor skin conditions including telangiectasia (broken capillaries), cherry angiomas, skin tags, sebaceous hyperplasias, actinic keratosis, seborrheic keratosis, and much more. The treatments are exceptionally quick (3-5 seconds), with instantaneous results. The device uses a radio frequency technology to eliminate minor skin conditions with minimal client discomfort. No anesthesia is required, and topical anesthesia is optional. This treatment is often added on to standard skin care services like facials, peels, and IPL treatments.

New to the Service Offerings

Whether you have had permanent make-up gone wrong or are simply tired of your body art, tattoo removal may be a good choice for you. Laser tattoo removal involves using laser light to break pigmented particles into smaller pieces so your body’s immune system can clear them from the skin. The Cutera Enlighten laser is the most advanced laser system for tattoo removal. Unlike other tattoo removal systems on the market, Enlighten uses two pulse durations (nanosecond and picosecond) and three unique wavelengths to clear all colors, particle sizes, and densities. It has been shown to remove tattoos more completely and in far fewer treatments than the traditional tattoo removal laser. Enlighten also has a unique superiority for removing the very difficult green and yellow pigments. The number of treatments required vary depending on the composition, depth and color of the tattoo, as well as the size. It is important to remember that the time required to clear the ink is variable based on the individual and can continue after treatment for a period of several months. Treatments are typically spaced out at 6 – 8 week intervals, but longer spacing is not unreasonable. Most patients require between 5-10 treatments. It is a very customized process, and therefore pricing is not fixed. Price is based on the number of treatments you will need to achieve full removal. Some patients chose to simply lighten their tattoo enough to place a fresh tattoo over the old!

Pricing varies depending color and size. Pay per treatment or by package.

Zero downtime way to healthier better looking skin

Skin is naturally light sensitive and decades of research have shown that light-based treatments, originally designed to treat various skin disorders, offer remarkable improvement in sin texture and skin health. The best option for busy people who cannot tolerate any downtime is a series of laser facials. Laser facials stimulate skin’s natural processes to reverse the signs of sun damage and promote vibrant, healthy looking skin. Over a several month treatment process, you will see improvement in the appearance of unwanted freckles, early skin cancers, age spots, facial redness, fine lines, and pore size. Annual maintenance treatments are recommended to sustain results over time. Treatment can be used on other sun damaged areas of the body and is best paired with a good skin care system. Most treatments require 1-4 treatment sessions. A topical anesthetic is available to minimize discomfort. Redness and swelling can be expected following the treatment and will resolve within a few days. For full face treatments, swelling will peak 24-48 hours post treatment. You can wear makeup and return to normal activities immediately!

Permanent Cosmetics

What is permanent cosmetic makeup?
Permanent cosmetic makeup is also known as micropigmentation or cosmetic tattooing. The process is similar to a tattoo because the cosmetic implantation technique deposits colored pigment into the epidermis and upper layers of the dermis by using very fine, in line needles. The needles are dipped into natural shades of pigment and then softly tapped into the skin.

What technique is used and how is it applied?
There are two techniques used for micropigmentation. SofTap and Microblading. These procedures are artistically applied by hand and not a tattoo gun. These techniques are also 100% sterile. The hand tools and products are used on you once and then thrown away.
-SofTap is also known as the hand method. A small hand tool is used to implant the pigment. This technique is used for lash enhancement, eyeliner, brows, lips, scar camouflage, and areola restoration. With this method one can achieve brows that are soft and light, that looks similar to a soft powder fill or have brows that are dramatic, similar to a solid fill. This technique is the most natural looking permanent makeup available today. These pigments are very soft natural shades and will not leave you with gray or blue makeup.
-Microblading is a technique used to draw fine hairs into the brow.

Who benefits from permanent cosmetic makeup?
Everyone who desires a soft and natural enhancement to their appearance. It is especially beneficial to people who can’t wear cosmetics due to allergies and skin sensitivities, and for people with facial asymmetries.

Is this procedure really permanent?
These procedures are considered permanent because pigment is tattooed into the upper reticular part of the dermis and cannot be washed off. However, as with any tattoo or colorant (pigment) in general, fading can and often does occur, requiring periodic maintenance referred to as a touch-up or color refreshment. Longevity varies from person to person depending on their lifestyle (sun exposure), the colors used, and saturation of those colors. For example, someone with blond eyebrows has a lighter pigment, and usually less pigment compared to brunette brows, therefore blond brows are going to fade faster than brunette brows.

How do I protect my investment?
Following the aftercare instructions is very important to avoid ruining your results. After care is very specific. We will go over them in detail during your appointment, and you will also be sent home with an instructions card. In order to preserve your investment in permanent cosmetics, you will need to wear SPF religiously. Apply sunscreen onto your eyebrows and lips on a daily basis to avoid fading and lightening. Also, avoid using lightening or exfoliating products on your permanent cosmetics.

Microblading, also know as the hair stroke technique, is where fine hairs are drawn on into the skin and camouflaged into your natural brow. This is a great treatment for those with full brows and just want a little more depth, or need extra hairs where they are missing. This technique is not for everyone and does require more frequent touch ups. A consultation will determine what technique would be best for you.

    Microblading and SofTap $550

There are two types of eyeliner procedures available. Regular eyeliner (top and/or bottom) and lash enhancement (top and/or bottom). A lash enhancement is where pigment is applied right into the lash line where your eyelashes grow. This procedure is really great for the person who wants more definition on the lash line, but not a visible eyeliner.

    $300- $500

Both are done with the SofTap method and the pigments used are very soft shades of pink. The Blended Lip Liner is also known as a lip enhancement. It defines the lip and enhances your natural lip shades.

    $550- $650

Pricing varies on number of treatments needed to remove old tattoo. Removal sessions can range from two to five treatments. There is a six week waiting period before new tattoo can be added.
